• Open-Water Glare Control: Reflections off water, wet road, and vehicle glass are cut by the ≥99% efficiency polarizing film, so the statement color never costs forward-vision clarity on the water or the road.
• Mirror Stack Anchored for Edging: A dense hard coat bonds the red REVO face to the PC base and carries it through edging and full-rim glazing; cross-cut adhesion and coating-retention results are confirmed through testing arranged per the confirmed specification.
• Marine Durability Options: Salt fog, sweat, and sunscreen film are the hardest conditions a mirror finish faces. Hydrophobic and anti-seawater surface upgrades are available, and the boiling-saltwater, salt-spray, and environmental durability package is arranged to the confirmed specification.
• UV400 Built Into the Base: UV absorbers run through the optical-grade polycarbonate itself (Abbe 30, 1.20 g/cm³), blocking ≥99% of UVA and UVB through 400 nm. The same lightweight platform supports FDA 21 CFR 801.410 drop-ball testing in production programs.
• Full-Rim Program, Configured to Brief: PC polarized lenses glaze into full-rim frames only — TR90, metal, titanium, stainless, and carbon fiber constructions are compatible; acetate frames are incompatible; rimless drill-mounting is prohibited. From a 300-pair MOQ, Sports & Automotive Lifestyle Labels and Department Store Groups can choose 2C, 4C, 6C, or 8C base curves and 71 mm, 75 mm, or 80 mm diameters (other sizes on confirmation), plus B-AR and functional coatings and CAT 0–4 transmission targets (final VLT/CAT confirmed at sampling).
